Sir William's Dog Run Located at the Gazebo Lawn, in the heart of Fort Tryon Park, Sir William's Dog Run is just a few minutes away from the Park's main entrances. To find us look for our directional signs on lamp posts leading to the Run's two landmarks: the rustic stone gazebo and the public arts sculpture, lovingly called "The Radiator." To visit Fort Tryon Park by Subway take the A train to 190th Street and ride the elevators up to Ft. Washington Avenue. At Ft. Washington Avenue take a right and enter the magnificent Heather Gardens. To visit by car, take the Henry Hudson Parkway. There is an exit from the Parkway going north that feeds into the Park's Road, Margaret Corbin Drive. Take this scenic drive around the landmark Cloister Museum and continue until reaching The New Leaf Cafe. The Dog Run is at the bottom of the stairs from the parking lot across the Cafe.
